I got an idea rattling around in my head, to get an old-stock or mint-condition Palm Treo, so that I could revisit Palm OS properly without wasting time with Windows emulators, and also have a handheld with qwerty keypad data input.
As part of that research, it really hit me how amazing these handheld computers were.
Stemming from that, I have urge over the coming months to build up a 'Palm farm': a retirement home for Palm handhelds.
At the top of my list are the Palm T|X, which was the last premium handheld that Palm produced (which seems easy to find), and a T3, which is the last evolution of slide-out/extending Tungsten range.  The T3 has a 400MHz CPU (in a palmpilot), but is rather tougher to find in good condition.
