Background

We normally run a Star Fleet Teams call every 6 months: normally on-or-around 23^rd April and 23^rd October.
We often move the date around a bit to make sure that everyone can make it.

It starts at 8PM UK time and we normally chat on for about an hour about everything to do with Star Fleet, fan projects, Gerry Anderson and science fiction.

Star Fleet Skype

We ran a Star Fleet Skype (which had more of a ring to it) since November 2022, but I changed to using Teams when it was clear that Microsoft was trying to hoof people across to Teams with Windows 11.

I stuck with Teams because it runs in the browser, if needed, and people tend to have a Microsoft account anyway, as part of using Windows.
Also, the administration is very simple.
