Interesting Japanese video from Go Nagai

Greetings all. Every now and again the Facebook AI throws stuff in my direction and this is a rather interesting one. It's clearly a mash-up of several episodes (I've not looked at it in detail), I seem to remember reading once there was an Episode 0 almost? What jumped out at me in the part that I watched is that the Imperial Master shows up on screen but only as a sort of drawn / animated silhouette - I don't think I've ever seen that before?

Good to hear from you, how are things?

I think this is the same as the X-Bomber REMASTER Preview, which you can get from near the bottom of this page:

(The quality should be better. It was ripped with Handbrake with pretty-much the highest settings.)

Irritatingly, you have to download it to disk and play it with VLC or MPC/K-Lite since browser codecs can't seem to read the MP4 file's video stream.

The quality of that Preview show is better than the remastered Japanese DVD in general. It looks really nice.

This video is in the US standard-definition Blu-Ray, where it's also subtitled into English.
