I can't download the file. Unfortuneately, I'm on a **** dial up connection and the files would take at least two weeks to finish.

You should try to visit a local university's or public library's computer lab. In the US, at least, many offer free computer access to the general public and have moderately fast broadband connections. You could bring a CD-R or a USB memory stick to download and copy the software installers that way.
