Re: What a great time to be alive

Finally got round to building the Technoboyger a.k.a. Mainship from Thunderbirds 2086. it’s a great little build and didn’t take as long as I thought it might to put together; probably just an evening of work. Really love it! This is something I’ve wanted for so long and Having put it together, I am ...

Re: What a great time to be alive

I’m good here. I’ve found myself becoming a collector again, but much broader and not just Star Fleet. 20 years ago I had a massive collection of Star Fleet X Bomber merch, but with hindsight in 2024 I would probably only want a few of the original Items (small, ST and DX toys and DX X Bomber). R ...

Hey Crash,

Thanks for the response. Very quiet here on the forum, but glad it's still going.

What a great time to be alive

I’ve just received an holy grail item in the form of Moderoid’s Techno Boyger (Thunderbirds 2086 main ship for western audiences) to go with their Big Dai X and Gary Cass’s X Bomber.

All I need now is the time to actually build and paint them.

Re: Star Fleet is 40 today!

Ah, my apologies, I assumed you were involved in the Facebook Star Fleet X Bomber page. A lot of exhibiton images were uploaded on Sunday night. If I remember with the fanfics, Vanessa had an idea for a continuation of The Revenge of Makara which would have seen Steam Punk versions of some of the ...

Re: Star Fleet is 40 today!

Hi Crash, good to hear from you too. Well done on a great day of Star Fleet X Bomber images on facebook. ;) I totally agree that Star Fleet was more of an epic adventure, with it's continuing serial style story. Much different to Terrahawks, for example, but then you can, by and large, watch most ...

Star Fleet is 40 today!

Hi there, hope everyone is well. Well, it's October 23rd 2022 and that means Star Fleet is 40 years old today (based on its first UK transmission). I still remember watching the first episode on an October Saturday Morning. I loved Battle of the Planets and Thunderbirds, but this was something else ...

Britains Space

Hi all, 1st generation Star Fleet fans may remember the early to mid 80s Britains Space line of plastic figures and modular space craft, guns and platforms. I actually remember collecting empty KP Space Invader crisp packets at the time in order to get a couple of free mail away alien raider figures ...
