Say Felice, is this your illustration of the Dai-X arm workings or is it Bradsters?
I'd like to know for cataloguing purposes on the site. :)

Yeah, I think that was mine. Not the fancy arm render on the right, just the scribbling over the top!

Ladies and gentlemen, seconds away, round two! This has been put up much faster than I was anticipating, so the front page of the site hasn't caught up with it just yet, but I'll update it in due course. I'm hoping the new imagery will give it a boost, and I'll be making the model itself and the pictures available as a download when I get a minute. Again, thanks to Felice for the Dai-X render and those who suggested the minifig approach to Dai-X - duly adopted! My main aim here is really to get the model out, because I'm sure it can be modified, recreated, and translated to a common 3D format if anyone wants to do so. Enjoy!

Thanks Felice. Crash, this should be of use to you if you want to put the images up on my album on the site: http://www.sfxb.co.uk/For%20Upload/SFXBLegoIdeas.zip - it includes the Lego Digital Designer file that would allow people to reproduce it too. I've also created one here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/152335780 ... 7344383373 I think I now have most of the bases covered, as the main site has also had its facelift. Good to get the LDD file out in the wild...

Best wishes for the re-launch and thanks for the files.
I uploaded those to the fan work gallery and will update the page's description file when I get a moment.

Thanks, maybe you could flip the page so the CGI imagery is at the top or split the two versions up so it's obvious which is from the current project? The project link's changed too, the old page is still there though and I found I could still edit the comments so I've pointed to the new one from the old if anyone happens to look at it! There's also the LXF file in there which it would be great to have available. That said, the model's now up here so people can find the LXF here too! https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-10077/ ... /#comments

It lists the contents of the relevant folder in alphabetical order so I changed the filenames.

I had fun at work today getting it to display the lxf file.

Well it's not going too badly, 55+ supporters and only a third of the way through the initial 60 days. If it keeps going like this it could hit 100 with days to spare, but I'm probably tempting fate here! First time round it hit 79, so I think it seems likely to perform better whatever else happens. Presentation is clearly key!

Alrighty then, 3 away from the magic 100 that gets 365 more days for the project to gather more support! Let's do this! Have I mentioned there's a full gallery of the work in progress and the project here?

I'm also trying to promote it on Twitter, but it's tricky to find an audience. Let your friends know!
