Remastering Progress

here i did a few scenes from the intro and next episode sceneshttp://www.mediafire.com/?qawy4oqu7g8tzmj - The scene of Dai-X raising its arm from the intro and end creditsI sourced this from the "Thalian Space Wars" extra DVD from the Japanese DVD's. The quality was poorer but I found the grain less intense. I did a lot of cleaning to this such as noise reducing. I'm not terribly content with the end result, but it's much of an improvementhttp://www.mediafire.com/download.php?qawy4oqu ... 66c6yipvez - Both of these are scenes sourced from recordings of an alternate opening titles scene for the Episodes from Japan - not included on the DVD's. I sourced these two scenes and remastered them as they were used in the ending credits. Nothing terribly impressive. Qualities aren't the best.http://www.mediafire.com/?tcaksg6gxqq8ten - Some of the Scenes for Episode 2 used in the end trailer of episode 1. Very pleased with the outcomeI've been having trouble remastering the scene of X-Bomber rising from the Moon dock used in the end and opening credits. I've used several sources with bad results.I'm going to be using screencaps from the Italian episodes on YouTube. They're actually the DVD masters from the DVD - but the grain is a LOT less noticable than if I just directly used the DVD

http://www.mediafire.com/?h0eaeywsaisr1ar - Here's the cut trailer scenes from episode 1, all done. The last scene I'm really not proud of since it was from the English DVD and too bright and rusty. I had sacrifice one aspect of quality for another - the quality is worse, but that gets rid of the grain which would be MUCH more noticablehttp://www.mediafire.com/?jt7edh166b2obmz - The one scene of X-Bomber coming from her launch pad used in the opening credits and end credits. Same as the last scene in the latter one above.Either way, hope you enjoy the new batches. I'm on a role, certainly

http://www.mediafire.com/?a97m3y576hptc8yThis is a redo of the first episode trailer for episode two - this time; I redid the last scene; I really underestimated the quality of those scenes on the DVD actually (but that one scene of X-Bomber in the intro on the DVD is beyond unnoticable repair). NOW, I am pleased with it

http://www.mediafire.com/?zydlg0cpifq56i6My newest remaster; the scenes from Episode 4 in the trailer from Episode 3. I'm mostly pleased. The last scene however was a pain and that being; I wish I didn't have to look at it!

This is really legendary. The colours and sharpness are very good. Are you still in need of the French DVDs? I'll try and get a copy and forward them on to you, if I can.

No problem, will see what I can do.Have you noticed a little bit of 'tearing' on a few shots of those vids?I remember when I worked in Germany, I had to do some video editing. The format that the dodgy, East-German digital video hard-drive camera recorded on wouldn't convert well into DVD format, nomatter which software you used.Nero, Roxio, Ashampoo - they all gave this 'tearing' effect when the even rows of pixels wouldn't 'line up' with the odd rows.It was like the odd/even pixels belonged to one frame and the other set belonged to the one before/after.It was especially evident when people started moving around. You got a kind of jagged edge down the sides of any moving object.I noticed a tiny bit of that on one or two of these and wondered if it was a result of WMV conversion or ... whatever.
