Who are the rights-holders?

I'm trying to get my game published on a website called Desura, which is related to ModDB.They're insisting that we have to have written permission from the rights-holder for Star Fleet for them to feature X-Bomber on their site.Despite our experience in 2008/9, I'm gonna try and get it.The question is: who do I actually write to?Is it going to be Enoki Films in the USA or does it have to be directed towards someone in Japan?

Damn I've been away a bit haven't I? For X-Bomber, it would presumably have to be Japanese authorisation, even French, although Enoki USA / Fabulous Films would clearly be options...? Thing is, if you're not doing it for money, you're not really treading on anyone's toes but IP rights are of course a hot topic these days...
