If you use the site lots, email them some feedback.
People who create stuff for people to use love getting feedback about it.
Just make it constructive. Tell them how you use the site and how they can make that easier.

Boy, do I desperately wish I could read Kanji. These are awesome, I didn't even know there was more than the first two you uploaded before.
It's great to see some BTS shots and concept art we've never previously seen.
