Really good find that!Hadn't realized that the Deathball's method of propulsion had been based on a real world design.

Interesting that they showed the DeathBall to have greater push-power than Dai-X.It's a fun site that - well worth a poke about. Their sections on Soviet military vehicles are awesome. They remind me so much of stuff I saw on my year abroad. Huge amounts of God-knows who's decaying military hardware just lying around in flimsily fenced-up lots. I'm not very good on ground-vehicles. Aircraft and weapons are a greater interest for me so I couldn't tell you when they were made but it was clearly cold-war stuff so, I imagine the Russkies left it all behind before Unification.
