Here's a few things I came up with (mostly regarding the Terrahawks organization and Zelda):1. Zelda's powers allow her to exert control over the minds of others.2. Ninestein's siphoning money from Kate's bank account.3. Terrahawks also gets funding from various front corporations that Ninestein's secretly running.Feel free to contribute your own!
