Re: Yet another X-Bomber 3d build

Wild,
That looks great! Thanks for sharing it,
It looks spot on to me. If there are any differences, I'd say they make it look smarter and newer, which can hardly be a bad thing.

Re: NECATRON - reviewing figures and collectables

This looks great. I have fond memories of The Turtles. I might download that show and give it a look. After all, I have Bucky O'Hare and Biker Mice, already. NECA was a wild company. I particularly like it when they do a "big" item, like the full-scale portal guns / gravity gun from the Ha...

Re: Video adverts for the Japanese toys!

I have a feeling that I know where they got that from. :D
(I could be wrong).

Beautiful, perfect shape,
I would guess that adding the detail to the intakes, antennas etc would be easier than getting the shape of it as good as that.

Re: 3d creations

The detail on the 'pod/platform' that it has on top at the back is very interesting, as well as the detail on the rear wings.
You seldom get a good look there, with it almost always being shown from the front.

It looks great. I really look forward to ... further developments on this. :)

Re: 3d creations

Thanks very much Matsukami! This guy knows already why I wanted it :D The cruiser looks a little narrower than I expected it to be. My expectation is obviously completely wrong because this matches up perfectly with the heights and widths of all the other orthos, which look spot-on. In any event, th...

Re: 3d creations

Hi Matsukami!

Amazing job, holy cow!

I really look forward to seeing the larger one in 3 sections.

I have a question:
Do you have a view of the top of it? plan view, top-down?
That might come in handy for me (for something).

Re: New US Release w/ Japanese version

That too! I don't have a standalone Blu-ray player; just a drive that goes into a big desktop that sits next to our TV unit and acts as a media center. I remember having a region-free DVD player as a student and it was very hassle-free; unlike with software solutions, it requires no configuration or...

Re: New US Release w/ Japanese version

Hi! What I do with this stuff is just use the DVD/Blu-ray drive on a computer to view it. You can get a lot of software over the bay of piracy and probably elsewhere to keep the cost down. But I remember a good one called DVD Ghost. It would just read any DVD, regardless of region of the disc or dri...

Re: Forum Downtime

It's been ... wild; very interesting times. I would like to tell you that it's had no impact on the project. Initially, working from home gave me more time to work on the game, but since the last version was released, nearly 2 years ago, we've had some exciting personal circumstances and I've been b...
