I'll assume that Star Fleet is the default "always saved no matter what" thing here, so with that in mind I'd go with Terrahawks, She-Ra: Princess of Power (She-Ra was my first childhood hero!) and Max Headroom.

I haven't checked for "101 Seed" yet, but I can confirm that the script for "Attempted MOIDer" is on the UK DVD. It's not actually on the extras disc, but rather on one of the episode discs (I forget which one, but it's the same one that "Gold" is on.)
