Re: Going After Firestorm

So the box of DVDs was just taking its time to get here. I was a bit worried that they'd got lost in the mail. http://xbomber.co.uk/?dir=Other/TV%20Shows%20-%20Firestorm These are the ones that I have. In brackets, is what I need to find time to do with them. Vol.1 - OK Vol.2 - OK [ cover scans ] Vo...

Re: Going After Firestorm

I haven't forgotten about this little project.

The four volumes that I ordered from Japan are taking quite a while to arrive.
I have to wait until Thursday before I can ask the seller to try and track down where they've ended up.

Re: RIP Jacob Witkin

That is sad news.
I guess it makes you remember that the show itself is getting on for 40 years-old.

Re: Street Hawk Comic strip from Look-in (March 1985 to October 1985)

Best of luck, Let us know when you do because we could display it on this site. I did the exact same with Andy's scans of the Star Fleet Look-In comic series: http://xbomber.co.uk/?dir=Star%20Fleet/Scans/Look-In%20Comics I should get around, one day, to scanning the colourised version that was inclu...

Re: Going After Firestorm

My hunch was right. The individual volumes have much better picture quality than the 3-disc series boxset. The individual DVDs are much cleaner and less muddy: http://www.xbomber.co.uk/?dir=Other/TV%20Shows%20-%20Firestorm/Screenshots%20-%20Volume%201 I ordered vols 2, 5, 6 and 8, which are the ones...

Re: Going After Firestorm

I was meaning to do this for a long time but I finally got around ordering the first of the individual Firestorm DVDs, as opposed to the 3-disc box set. I'd only been able to find the occasional result for those discs on eBay and Rinkya before now. The problem with Rinkya is that getting anything fr...

Re: Audio Remastering

I started over with downloading these and I now have them all. I'm uploading them to this webserver now which is gonna take a couple of hours. I'm going to put them on there individual so that people can just stream them in the browser and I'll also upload a zip file containing all of them so that p...
