Re: Number 1

Well, since Jay Benedict voiced the character and he has the rank of Captain in the French version, I got creative: http://www.xbomber.co.uk/Game%20Media/More/Briefing%20v4%20Preview.png Besides, Jay Benedict signed my UK DVDs, which I'm still very proud of. This is the new briefing screen which is ...

Re: Terrahawks to Return on Audio

This sounds really cool - I'm looking forward to the 3rd and, I assume final, bluray that's coming out around now.
Once I've got that, I think I'll investigate the audio series more closely; maybe feed it to my car for long journeys.

Re: Star Fleet Invasion 2999 feedback

This is me resurrecting a 15-year-dead topic. I found this file on my PC a little while ago and I upped it to: http://www.xbomber.co.uk/?dir=Star%20Fleet/Fan%20Works It's a really pretty little game. There's a lot to it. I got it running under Windows 10. I just had to set the compatibility mode to ...

Re: Site Updates

A little while ago, I went about plugging a few vulnerabilities in the xbomber.co.uk site. I set off today trying to implement natural, not just alphabetical, ordering on folders on the site. That turned out to be more difficult than I thought but it now works when listing folders on the main page a...

Xcalibur

This was a nice swords and sorcery CGI show that I saw when I was younger on Saturday-morning Channel 5. I got the 40-episode DVD set ages ago and never managed to watch it to the end. The other month, I finally watched the whole lot. The series is actually quite attractive and I ran my usual proces...

Re: Feeling my age!

Tell me all about that. X-Bomber the Game will be 15 years old this August.

We've come a long way since then, though. Bandwidth is something we never need to worry about again.

Number 1

I'm re-writing the mission briefing for Level 1 of my game. I want the Number 1 character from the game to deliver the write up of the Alliance fleet. Does anyone know if he has any kind of name - did anyone give him one as part of any fanfiction? I might as well give him the rank of captain, given ...

Re: Discotek Media releasing Star Fleet in US

Oh well, not quite what we hoped but that menu looks great to me. Thanks for uploading the screenshots, Actually, I like how they seem to gain inspiration from X-Bomber the Game's interfaces for the covers and menus of various discs and so on that are produced now; the whole yellow on dark blue thin...

Re: Discotek Media releasing Star Fleet in US

I was walking back from the coffee machine (although I never get coffee out of it) and it struck that these DVDs had to be getting released around now.

If you pull some screengrabs off them, when they come, I'll add them to the site.
